  • The pandemic has made me realize how precious life is. As a pediatric nurse working in a “adult” hospital I have heard so many people my age or younger suffering or dying from this virus- truly terrifying. I have enjoyed some down time with my kids but I miss traveling and I’m sick of masks :)

  • Hi Stacey, Like you I feel like gratitude is the name of the game. I retired at the end of May so was grateful for that and to realize I don’t have to be going all the time, can just enjoy being with my fur babies snd stay safe.It does get lonely but technology helps stay in touch with loved ones.

  • Hi Stacey! I ❤️ The blue egg plate! Come to momma!!

The pandemic has changed me by: tightening my circle- I focus more on the ones I love (even if it’s virtually from across the pond) and – allowed me to move farther away from work to a place I love because the new normal doesn’t need a daily commute! 🥰

  • My husband and I are raising two of our great (yes…great!) grandchildren!! This “down” time has brought so so many blessing!!! With no in school for over six months, we have come to be very thankful for each moment: big & little!

  • The pandemic has taught me that it is difficult being an extrovert married to an introvert. We’ve been together 24/7 for almost a year and I couldn’t imagine doing life any differently. I’ve continued my volunteer work and learned to embrace virtual meetings. One year ago, I thought that Zoom was something one did on the interstate. Now, I use it to keep in touch with friends across the country.
